Refund policy
We have a 14 -day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from receiving the article to request a return.
To be entitled to return, the article must be in the same conditions in which you received it, not worn or unused, with the cards and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or the purchase test.
To start a return, you can contact us at the address paletti.negozio@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a label to ship the return and the instructions on how and where to send the package. The articles sent back to us without having first requested a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please check your order at the time of receiving and contact us immediately if the article is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong article, so that we can evaluate the problem and remedy.
Exchanges
The fastest way to make sure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new article.
Reimbursement
We will warn you when we have received and checked your return and let you know whether the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically reimbursed on your original payment method. Remember that your bank or credit card company can take time to process and publish the refund.
