All domestic and international orders are shipped via POSTE ITALIANE / DHL. Order processing may take up to 3 days. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number. All packages are insured and traceable.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items for store credit/refund/size exchange. Returns must be requested within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be in new condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.
For purchases made without paying shipping costs (for special promotions), returns with refunds will be accepted net of the costs incurred by Concept Paletti for shipping to the customer, equal to €4/€20. This amount will then be deducted from the price of the returned item(s).
